Manual Verification Request Form for Recognising Organisations

If you represent an organisation that recognises Cambridge Assessment English exams/qualifications, you can verify candidate results for most of our awards via the Cambridge English Results Verification Service. IELTS results can be verified via the IELTS TRF Verification Service.

We are unable to process verification requests that have been submitted by candidates themselves.

Please ensure you provide a scanned copy of the candidate's certificate or statement of results when submitting a request.

This form should only be used in cases where it is not possible to verify a candidate result online, via the Results Verification Service. For further information about using the Results Verification Service, please see our support article.

Results which can be verified online will not be verified via this form.

The name of the exam centre where the candidate took their Cambridge English exam.

Centre Number (if known)

This can be found on the candidate's Statement of Results (SoR) or certificate. For centres in the UK, the centre number will be 5 numbers (e.g. 12345), for centres outside the UK, it will be two letters followed by three numbers (e.g. AB123).
