Timetable Variation Request Form

You are allowed to start any admissions test up to 30 minutes before or after the published start time for your country, and we do not require you to inform us of this change.
If you have a candidate unable to sit the test at the scheduled time, or within the 30 minute allowance, you must submit a timetable variation request using the form below.

The request must be submitted no later than 5 working days before the test date.

Please note that we will not accept the following requests:
- To move the test more than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

- To move the test to a different day.

- To move the test due to a personal reason such as a family holiday. In this instance, please use the 'find a centre' function on our website to find a centre that accepts external entries near to where the candidate is staying.

Supervised Break
Candidates requiring a timetable variation due to a clash with another exam are allowed a break between tests, but they must remain under constant supervision at all times with no access to the internet, mobile phones/electronic items or any other students.
For the security of tests, we strongly advise that the break is as short as possible.
